The Yunda Riverside project stands as a testament to the innovative fusion of design and functionality. The design team at Hunan Yunda Sirui Architectural Design has meticulously crafted a living space that resonates with comfort and elegance. By incorporating sailing elements into the architectural space, the project aligns with the company's vision and propels the citizens of the city into a new realm of contemporary spatial aesthetics.

At the heart of this project lies the sales centre, a space that embodies the spirit of sailing, reflecting the company's anthem and leading the design industry. The showflat extends this theme, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, offering a noble spiritual sanctuary.

Yunda Riverside Plaza spans a construction area of 255,000 square meters, strategically located to offer optimal accessibility. The design encompasses the club, sales office, outdoor landscape, and the interior of the model room, each element meticulously crafted to ensure ecological harmony and human-centric design.

The design team, including Peizong Deng, Doujun Luo, Changwu Song, and Weida Yang, has overcome numerous challenges to bring this vision to life. The sand table space, themed around competitive sailing, features triangular sail-inspired elements and a water bar platform that mimics a metallic sailing boat. Ground surfaces utilize artificial stone to mimic the flow of water, achieving cost-efficiency and maintenance ease.

Research into materials and design techniques has led to innovative solutions such as the ceiling's overlapping sail elements made from aluminum and fiberglass-reinforced drywall, sprayed with metallic paint for aesthetic integration and cost savings. The design also cleverly incorporates cable elements and air conditioning vents to create a cohesive and uncluttered ceiling space.

The garden landscape concept draws inspiration from the natural beauty of Yuhua District's waterfronts, blending architecture with the environment to create a visually stunning and ecologically integrated design. The marketing center, with its unique crystalline shape, appears to ripple the river's surface, enhancing the overall aesthetic value.

Hunan Yunda Sirui Architectural Design's commitment to integrating corporate and local culture into the architectural space is evident in every aspect of the Yunda Riverside project. The use of black sandblasted stainless steel and thematic elements creates a dynamic visual narrative of competitive sailing, embodying the pursuit of an ideal living environment.
